Love to sweat

I wear this v-sweat belt when I go on my 4 mile morning walks. By the time I'm done, I am drenched. I've used to for a few weeks now. Would love to give you an update 30 days from today, check me out on IG at NIRVANA_BUNNY. I will take some before and after pics. Definitely helps with a healthy lifestyle of eating right, drinking your water and doing an extra workout. Since i consider the 4 miles my 10,000 steps for the day. Can't wait to slim down my waist. Currently measuring 47" (that's including my fupa, cause I had two kids/2c-sections. ) anyways. I love it. ❤️
