SHIPPING INFORMATION

USPS, UPS, FEDEX, DHL OR ANY INTERNATIONAL CARRIER DELIVERED PACKAGES

Please be aware that all packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL; no receipt signature is needed. If a package appears as "Delivered" on its tracking, Vanna Belt will not be responsible for any lost or missing items. This information might help you:

- Delivery carriers have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

- Contact your local post office for packages delivered by USPS. Make sure to call your LOCAL OFFICE, and NOT the USPS HOTLINE (this can take a lot of time, and they only tell you what the tracking already says). Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions and can usually provide helpful information. For packages delivered by UPS, Fedex or DHL please contact customer service and file a claim.

 Once we have proof of delivery, Vanna Belt has no responsibility for lost or missing items. You will need to place a claim with the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING PROCESS, TIMES & DELAYS

Shipping process consists of 2 stages, processing (packaging) and the actual shipping. Vanna Belt is not to be held responsible for any carrier shipping delays. Our responsibility is to process and ship out orders 1 to 3 business days after receipt. If it is ordered on a Friday, the order will ship out the next week between Monday through Wednesday. We are closed on weekends. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will dispatch between Monday and Wednesday. Any delays after a package leaves our facility is the Carrier's responsibility. We appreciate your patience with USPS shipping during high season and suggest if you have a deadline to receive your package choose expedited FEDEX or UPS shipping at checkout.

Shipping Time Frames:

USPS First Class Mail: 1 to 5 Business Days

Priority Mail (this is not next day delivery): 1 to 3 Business Days

International shipping: time frames vary depending on the shipping company and service selected. For example, USPS international shipments can take up to 20 business days to arrive. FedEx, DHL, and UPS delivery times depend on the specific service level you paid for, with expedited options offering faster delivery. International Standard takes 10 to 15 days and provides tracking once the package leaves the U.S. Please check with your chosen carrier for the most accurate estimates and tracking updates. Note: USPS tracking only updates when it leaves USA and updates again when it arrives at the destination country.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Know we value our customers, but ask that you carefully verify all of your information is correct before submitting a payment. Vanna Belt cannot be held accountable for packages lost due to INCORRECT OR OLD ADDRESSES PROVIDED BY YOU during purchase. If you send us an email to change your address after an item has been shipped, we will not be held responsible if our carrier is unable to change the delivery destination. If your package is returned to sender (Vanna Belt) and arrives at our facility we will notify you and you can pay per item an additional $3.00 domestic and $15.00 international to reship it. But if your package never arrives back at our facility, we cannot and will not reissue your order. It is your responsibility to track it and notify us when you see it been returned to our premises.

Returned Deliveries Due To Unknown Address Or Incorrect Address

All returned deliveries incur fees. Unfortunately, our company experiences additional charges when a package is returned as undeliverable. Please keep in mind once a package is assigned to you, we cannot accept it back. We unfortunately cannot prove it has not been tampered with; therefore it cannot be resold. In order to complete the transaction, all orders are required the additional cost for reshipment..

CUSTOMS FEES

International Orders: Customs Clearance Issues

All imported goods are subject to Customs clearance in every country. When you purchase from Vanna Belt the goods are sent from USA. Therefore, you assume the role of the importer responsible for the goods when they pass through customs in your destination country. According to our general terms and conditions, we will fulfill any orders placed on our website, but the responsibility to confirm the goods are permissible in the country of delivery remain on the purchaser. This includes requirements related to clearance, taxes, shipping policies, etc. applicable in that country. Vanna Belt cannot and will not offer advice or pre-shipment information on customs issues in any regard.
