Gel-V is formulated to be used any time of the day, but we find it is especially effective to apply prior to exercise to maximize your workouts, post-workout during recovery, and then alternating with Gel-V Hot at night to accelerate your results.

Although its design is for compression, some clients may prefer to use it for short periods of time. We recommend new users to apply Gel-V prior to V-Belt, then exercise with our waist trimmer for 15 minutes. This could facilitate you getting used to wearing it the first few days. After that the ideal time would be exercising for 30 minutes 3 to 5 times a week. If you find that you can keep it on for longer, we recommend its use with Gel-V even throughout the day.

All imported goods are subject to customs clearance in every country. When you purchase from GEL-V, the goods are sent from USA. Therefore, you are importing and you are the importer responsible for the goods when the goods pass through customs in your destination country. V-Belts series are considered undergarments so therefore for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any of our V-Belts, V-Vests, V-Bodys, and V-Belt 2.0’s. We will allow a one-time size exchange within 7 days if unused and in packaging. No Refunds.
